Grumpy old fart!!!

"If you talk to God you're religious. If God talks to you, you're psychotic."

Gertrude Elliott

Gertrude Elliott (1874 – 1952) shown as Stasia in Jerome K. Jerome’s “The Passing of the Third Floor Back” (1908).

The maid’s uniform is the traditional style that most people associate with a maid of the Victorian era.

This image of Miss Elliott looks very much like “Emma” in Kaoru Mori’s historical romance later becoming an Anime television series “Emma – A Victorian Romance”.
