My wife, bless her tells me that I am rapidly becoming, or perhaps that should read have become a “Grumpy old fart”, so what better forum to spread my doom, gloom and paranoia than WordPress. I also have a love of old pictures, postcards and Edwardian Actresses, in particular Miss Gabrielle Ray which I hope to share at regular intervals. the movie is really called Maid of Salem, devil worshipping maids or? 🙂
IMDB shows it as “Maid of Salem” and the title on the still shows the same. There may have been another film with a similar title but I couldn’t find it.
had to google a little bit as well and this one has quite a good cast, Frank Lloyd (Mutiny on the Bounty) is the director even… thats a must see just because of that…
I thought that I might be able to buy it on Amazon but sadly no luck, love that sort of film, part of the reason I collect the Gertie Millar “The Quaker Girl” postcards.
