250,000 Visits
My stats show that this blog has received 250,000 visits since my first entry on 6th November 2009. Initial visits were rather slow, moaning about being unemployed isn’t really good reading material which is understandable. However looking back at my top ten has been interesting and not surprisingly Rosaleen Young takes eight of the ten places; sadly my maids weren’t quite as popular but still a personal favourite.

My wife, bless her tells me that I am rapidly becoming, or perhaps that should read have become a “Grumpy old fart”, so what better forum to spread my doom, gloom and paranoia than WordPress. but oh so nice posts, happy that the final maid challenge was on the list because that one was damn good… but Rosaleen does do deserve the top posts…
I had mixed feelings about the results, naturally I am pleased that Rosaleen Young features so many times, although not really surprised but disappointed that the maids didn’t receive better viewing figures, but as you say good to see the final maid challenge at number five. That said I am just pleased that people keep viewing and appear to enjoy the postings.
true, so long as people find the blog that’s great. But kinda missed Louise Brooks there to be honest and your favourite as well Ms Gabrielle Ray.
Yes it was a shame about Louise Brooks and, naturally Gabrielle Ray but I don’t think that poor Miss Ray is that popular; my other site has only had about 8500 hits in two years 😦
