Fawlty Towers
I’m delighted to see that an obviously sexist, racist, tall-body-shaming, moustache-wearing episode of Fawlty Towers has been removed from UKTV’s streaming service. The brave decision makers felt that current sensitivities are such that modern audiences may not be used to laughing.
Government doctors now think that, like taste and smell, loss of a sense of humour may be symptomatic of CoVid 19.
The government is determined to prevent more people dying of laughter. Clearly they are failing.
