WOMAN WHO SMOKES AT 100.
Mrs. Jarron, an inmate of Leicester Workhouse, who celebrated her 100th birthday yesterday. Mrs. Jarron, who is seen above with her favourite pipe, is an inveterate smoker, and was yesterday presented with a well-filled tobacco-box. She is the mother of eleven children, and has 168 descendants living, including 106 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
